Our office is located and orders will be shipped from Orange County, California. Orders placed via our website will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or received a damaged product, please email us with your order information including order number to stackgrooming@gmail.com and we will be happy to work to make things right. Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 7 days of shipping date. Products purchased through a third party (barbershop, beauty supply, or Amazon etc.) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges through our website.
